DESCRIPTION

1927 ORIGINAL (MAP OF LINDBERGH FLIGHT) WITH ORIGINAL SLEEVE

Rating: 8
Comments: Made of paper this map measures 19 ½” high x 25 ¼” wide and shows the flight of Charles Lindbergh from San Diego to Paris in his monoplane “The Spirit of St Louis” on May 20-21, 1927. It has colorful graphics in shades of blue/red which feature the different cities, the weather that he endured, where he took off and where he landed. Also included is its original storage tube that also has graphics similar to that of the map. This item is in good shape having normal use wear, has some small edge dents, is missing a corner as well as one end of the storage tube, has some soiling/stains and it is at our Auction Gallery for preview or please contact us for more information.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
