Comments: Captain Marryat, R.N. is the author of these six books written for young people. Some have beautiful illustrations. Published in London by George Bell & Sons. The set includes “The Mission or Scenes in Africa (1878), Masterman Ready or The Wreck of the Pacific (1885), The Settlers in Canada (1882), The Privateersman (1875), Poor Jack (1875) and The Pirate and The Three Cutters (1882). These books are in very good condition with ¾ leather covers with marbleize paper. Gold top text block, no torn pages, tight bindings and good hinges.
