DESCRIPTION

ANTIQUE HITCHCOCK MIRROR WITH REVERSE GLASS PAINTING
Age. More than 100 years old
Composition. Wood, glass
Size. 19 ¾" high x 10 ½” wide
Rating: 7
Comments. This Hitchcock mirror has a solid wood frame with flower shaped appliqués and faux beaded molding strips. It’s paint as some wear, shade variations and some small scratches/scrapes. It is in sturdy shape with no apparent breaks having normal use wear has a few small chips and has some small, shallow wood dents. The mirror is in sturdy shape with some hazing and appears original, with a nice bluish tint. On top is a reverse painting of a home on the side of the road next to a lake/river. It is in sturdy shape but does have some missing paint spots as seen in our photo. Need some work but when done will make a nice, antique mirror for your foyer or boudoir. It still has the old wood back with chamfered sides.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
