DESCRIPTION

ANTIQUE MAGIC LANTERN WITH (20) GLASS SLIDES (ELECTRIFIED)

Age. More than 100 years old
Composition. See below
Size. 10 ˝ ” high lantern
Rating: 7
Comments. The lantern is made of tin and has a brass burner assembly as well as collars. The bottom section is an oil lamp while the center area has slide holder as well as lens. The top acts like a chimney to help dissipate the heat while your operating this antique slide projector. It is in sturdy shape with normal use wear, has paint wear, has a few small dents and has soiling/stains. Included are twenty glass slides of artist renditions of birds, scenic, seasonal, animals, exotic lands, the circus and people. All are in good shape with normal use wear, have small scratches/scrapes, have some wear on their paper borders and have some soiling/stains. They appear to have some hand painted features and all have nice details. An electric light is included so you can watch your slides without having to repair the original oil lamp. Needs some work but when done gives you the original” Give a Show Projector”.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
