DESCRIPTION

ANTIQUE HAND MADE WOODEN SHOVEL

Age. More than 100 years old
Composition. Wood, metal
Size. 51 long x 11 wide
Rating: 7
Comments. This antique shovel has a hard wood body and a thin metal edge around the top of the blade. The shovel handle is bolted to the blade in the handle has an arched, tapered shade. The woods finish is worn and it now has a nice aged patina. The handle is in sturdy shape with some thin split lines near the arched section on the top. The blade is split and has several repairs as seen in our photo. Give it a cleaning and it will make a nice decorative item next to your hearth although it will need some work before it can be used for its intended purpose.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
