DESCRIPTION (14) OLD MILITARY MANUALS Rating: 8-7 Comments. These softcover books were issued by the Army for War Department that vary in size and are dated between 1938 and 1974. It includes information on various types of rifles, basic weapons, Personals Affairs, the Thompson Submachine Gun, the 37 MM tank gun and more. There is a book about map/aerial photography reading, a Soldiers Handbook, a Guide to Therapy for Medical Officers, Leadership and a Civil Air Patrol Instructors Manual.
