DESCRIPTION

(12) OLD CIRCUS POSTCARDS (7 ARE SIGNED)

Age: 70+ years

Size: 3 1/2 x 5 1/2

Rating: 8

Comments: Very desirable post card, one in color, the balance are sepia toned photographs of circus acts and people of freaky interest. They are all in very good condition with no creases, bends, stains or tears. None have been intended for delivery but writing on them includes seven with signatures and notes on two others. Our favorites include Midget Joe Smallest Xylophone Player, The Doll Family, Percy Pape living skeleton at 6'1 and 63 pounds, the girl with no arms or legs and the scissor swallowing woman. (Percy's photo was taken in the 1940 when he was with Ringling Bros). A great collection of sideshow and freak museum interest. You just can't look away....

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
