1920’S ORIGINAL FRED THOMPSON COLORED PHOTO ( INTERIOR)
Age. Circa 1920s
Composition. Paper, wood, metal
Size. 12 ¼” high x 15” wide
Comments. This is an original hand colored print sign Fred Thompson which is titled” Booke Talk”. It shows a vintage interior which has a fire in the cooking fireplace while a lady in period clothing reads a book to a young girl. The scene has hand colored details in his on the original matt. The floor is covered in braided rugs and the blue Willow wear is displayed on the mantle. It is in the original wood frame which has pressed designs and the paint has some wear and some scratches/scrapes but is in sturdy shape. It still has the old paper backing with an art stores paper label on the back which was in Lowell, Mass. The print is in good shape with some minor soiling and would benefit from a cleaning. This one is ready for your wall will make a nice addition to your colonial decor and your vintage print collection.
