DESCRIPTION

FAMOUS DERBY ARM CHAIR (GARDNER, MA.)

Age. More than 60 years old
Composition. Hardwood
Size. 37 high x 23 wide
Rating: 7
Comments. This chair was made by P. Derby & Co. that was located in Gardner, Mass and is a model number 6530 W. It has a bowed back support, arms and a fancy formed seat. The current brown paint has wear, shade variations and small scratches/scrapes. This chair is in good, sturdy shape with no apparent breaks having normal use wear, minor wood wear, small, shallow wood dents, could use some tightening up and has some soiling. The rating is for the non original finish and not for structure. A well built, vintage wood chair that is quite comfy and would look nice around your dining room table.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
