DESCRIPTION

(5) DRAWER ANTIQUE OAK CHEST WITH LOCKING DRAWERS AND KEYAge. More than 100 years old
Composition. See below
Size. 42 high x 31 wide x 18 deep
Rating: 7
Comments. Made of solid oak this chest has multi-paneled sides, brass key hole outlines, a routed edge top and brass with steel pulls. There are five drawers that are either 5 or 6 deep all of which emanate a strong smoke odor when opened. The woods original finish has wear, shade variations, missing spots and scratches/scrapes. This item is in sturdy shape with no apparent breaks having normal use wear, wood wear, has some small chips, small, shallow wood dents and soiling/stains, especially on the top. The support piece which supports the bottom drawer is missing in the front as seen in our photo and the drawers could use some adjustments to make them operate smoother. Need work but when done will give you a nice looking, vintage oak bureau for the guest room or your boudoir.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
