1920S CAST METAL TABLE LAMP WITH REVERSE PAINTED GLASS SHADE

Age. Circa 1920s
Composition. See below
Size. 15 high x 8 wide/deep
Rating: 7
Comments. The unmarked lamp base is made of cast metal and has fancy raised designs of bell flowers, other flowers and leaves. Its original paint has wear, scratches/scrapes in shade variations but its colors are still quite vivid. It has a push button off/on switch and a metal cover over its plug. The lamp base is in good, sturdy shape with no breaks having normal use wear and has some soiling. The unmarked shade is made of frosted clear glass and has hand painted images of houses, mountains, bushes as well as windmills around its circumference in shades of black, gray, brown all with an orange background. The shade is in good shape with normal use wear, has some edge roughness, soiling and has a few small flecks. Give it a light cleaning and this little beauty is ready to light up your boudoir or bathroom.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
