1900 SIGNED VERMONT LETTER BY GOVERNOR WILLIAM P. DILLINGHAM

Comments. Measuring 9" high 5 " wide this letter is dated October 22, 1900 which was signed by William P Billingham which was a US senator/governor of Vermont from 1888 1890. It was to a gentleman in Worcester Mass. thanking him for the cordial note that he received. This item is in good shape with only minor soiling. It was done via a typewriter and is hand sign as seen in our photo.
