(3) OLD FOLDING RULERS

Age. More than 60 years old
Composition. Wood, brass
Size. See below
Rating: 8 – 7
Comments. This lot includes a Stanley No 61 folding 24” ruler which has brass hinges as well as ends. This ruler is in very good shape and looks hardly use. Also included is a similar size ruler with the same features which appears to be marked ”No 68” but its markings are well worn and difficult to read. It is in sturdy shape and has some small chips, some slightly cupped sections and is not as straight as it used to be. The last item is a Stanley No 36 ˝ Carpenter’s caliber ruler which is made of boxwood and has brass trim as well as a sliding hooked end comes out 5”. This ruler is in sturdy shape with normal use wear, has some fading in the measurements and has soiling/stains. Some interesting, vintage rulers for your toolbox or collection.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
