DESCRIPTION

(2) OLD GASOLINE TORCHES

Age. More than 75 years old
Composition. Brass, metal
Size. See below
Rating: 7
Comments. This lot consists of a pair of vintage gas blowtorches that are either 10” or 11” high. One was made by Sears which has a chrome metal body, hard plastic handles and a cast-iron torch assembly. The other was made by Otto Bernz, Inc and has a brass body as well as handle and a cast metal burner assembly. This is an unusual model which has the air/pressure pump in the handle assembly. Both are in sturdy shape with normal use wear, have some small scratches/scrapes, have a few small, shallow dents, minor surface rust and have soiling/stains. Give them a good cleaning as well as a buffing and you’ll have some nice vintage torches to decorate your home.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
