DESCRIPTION REPURPOSED 6- DRAWER SEWING CHEST Rating: 8 Comments. Made of oak / oak veneer this cabinet is 12” high / wide x 17 ¼” deep that was made from the drawer sections from an antique treadle sewing machine. It has six drawers that are either 3 ¼” or 1 ¼” deep that have very fancy wood pulls and its top drawers have a secret way to open ( which is removing the middle drawers and pushing in a tab, sorry to reveal the secret). The woods finish has minor wear, a few scratches / scrapes and a nice warm brown hue. This item is in good shape having minor wear, light soiling and is at our Auction Gallery for preview. All the hard work has been done so it's ready to enjoy and it would make a nice addition to your sewing room to keep all your notions in. Maximum Bidding
To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids." A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item. Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid." The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest. This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid" **NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail. **If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid" |
