ANTIQUE DOME TOP TRUNK

Age. More than 100 years old
Composition. See below
Size. 20x 16” deep ˝” high x 28” wide
Rating: 6 &
Comments. This antique trunk features hardwood slats, a domed top, decorative stamped metal edge protectors and fancy snap closures in the front. The exterior is covered in sheet metal and it has raised designs of flowers as well as leaves in the center panels as well as on the sides. The interior still has its original paper which has wear, tears and soiling/stains, but still has a colorful graphic on the top. The finish/paint has wear, shade variations and scratches/scrapes. This trunk is in sturdy shape with no apparent breaks having normal use wear, has some fine surface rust, a few small, shallow dents, wood wear, soiling/stains and it is missing the side handles as well as part of the lock. Need some work but when done you’ll have a fancy, smaller size trunk that can be used for storage or even a retro toy chest.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
