DESCRIPTION

OLD HAND PAINTED CHINA POWDER JAR PLUS HAIR RECEIVER

Age: 60+ years

Size: 4 diameter, 3 1/2 tall

Rating: 8

Comments: Beautifully proportioned porcelain dresser set hand painted in Japan, each supported with three delicately curved legs. One is a covered powder, the other a hair receiver. Either perfect for storing jewelry. They have violets painted on them with dark green scalloped tracing on the edges with gold highlights and moriage detailing. One of the bottoms has a nonstructural crack which is hard to see. Also some slight gold wear. No chips. A beautiful pair!

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
