DESCRIPTION

PAIR OF PRESSED COPPER BOOKENDS (DUCKS)

Rating: 8
Comments. These bookends measure 5” high/wide x 3 ¼” deep and are more than 20 years old. They have a metal body to which is attached a copper plate in the front that has a raised image of a duck in flight out of the marsh. The brass has a nice, aged patina and the back has a felt pad covering. Both are in good shape with normal use wear and light soiling. Give them a cleaning and you’ll have a fancy way to hold up your ornithology books.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
