OLD BAMBOO AND CANE SEWING STAND ( WITH INSERT)

Age. More than 75 years old
Composition. See below
Size. 30 ˝” high x 14” wide/deep
Rating: 8
Comments. This sewing stand has a large bamboo legs, a full lower shelf and a pine top as well as box which is covered in a fine woven cane like material. Under its hinged top is a 5 ˝” deep storage area which has a removable 2” deep divided tray. It has hand painted designs on the legs as well is on the lower shelf. The original finish has wear, shade variations and scratches/scrapes. This item is in sturdy shape with no apparent breaks having normal use wear, has some minor wood wear, has some soiling/stains and is missing some small pieces of the woven covering on the cover. Give it a good cleaning and you’ll have a nice, Victorian era sewing box to keep your notions or your favorite collectibles. Add a vintage flair in your sewing room with this attractive piece.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
