(2) ITALIAN PORCELAIN STATUES ( LION & RAM)


Age: Est 50+ years

Size: The oval bases are 3 1/2” x 4 3/4”, 6” tall

Rating: 8

Comments: Two exquisite Italian porcelain figurines made by Mangani, celebrated ceramist originally from Florence. Mangani collaborated with Tiffany for decades but these figures are not marked by either. They have oval bases with a malachite painted border with gold tracing. One is a ram and the other is a lion (missing one tooth). No other damage is noted. Beautiful glaze and amazing detail.
