DESCRIPTION

LARGE UNUSUAL BRASS SCALE WITH MARBLE

Age. Less than 20 years old
Composition. See below
Size. 29 high x 30 wide x 16 deep
Rating: 7
Comments. This scale has a fancy marble base, an ornate cast metal support arm and a cast brass as well as steel scale assembly. The brass pan has an indented middle, a cast brass bracket and measures 13 wide x 16 deep with 3 high sides. The metal has a faux aged look and the brass has a nice patina. This item is in good, sturdy shape with no apparent breaks having normal use wear and has some soiling. The scale was made as a decorative item and not a working model. Give it a cleaning and it would make a great plant holder or a place for your antique fruit bowl.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
