DESCRIPTION

HISTORY OF MASSACHUSETTS (1628 – 1750) DATED 1795

Age: 1795

Size: 5 3/8” x 8 7/8”, 478 pages

Rating: 7

Comments: An old cloth hardcover book by Thomas Hutchinson, Late Governor of Massachusetts entitled “The History of Massachusetts”. It covers from the First Settlement in 1628 until the year 1750. Its the Third Edition with additional notes and corrections. Published in 1795 by Thomas and Andrews in Boston. Printed at Salem by Thomas C. Cushing. It is in very good condition with no damage to the spine, hinges or cover. The book has possibly been rebound as the cover and end papers don't look as though they match the age of the interior. There is some grime on the top text block. No bent or missing pages. It is rated a 7 because it is a two volume set and we offer only volume I.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
