ANTIQUE COPPER & BRASS OIL LAMP WITH RUBY GLASS SHADE (ELECTRIFIED)
Age. More than 100 years old
Composition. See below
Size. 19 ½” high
Comments. Circa 1800s oil lamp has the cast metal base, a copper tank and a brass burner assembly. There is a twist knob off/on switch for it somewhat recently applied light socket. A portion of the burner assembly has been removed and some holes have been drilled in the process of electrification. It has a clear glass chimney and a ruby red glass shade that has a ruffled top edge and pressed in dimples in the interior. This item is in good shape with no apparent breaks having normal use wear, has some finish wear and soiling/stains. The shade holder has some small bends as seen in our photo and we are unsure if the shade is original to the lamp. Give it a cleaning and it makes a nice, retro-lamp for your living room or boudoir.

Also, please feel free to email or call us if you have any further questions.
To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"
**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.
**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
