ORIGINAL 1940’S “LIBERTY” SCHWINN BICYCLE

Age. Circa 1940s
Composition. Metal, rubber, leather
Size. 35” high
Rating: 8
Comments. This is a vintage Schwinn” Liberty” girls bicycle that has a metal wire basket in the front, rubber hand grips on its chrome metal handle bars, vintage mirror with reflector, kickstand, the original brass nameplate in the front, marked Schwinn chain guard, leather covered seat with the rear springs, wide metal fenders, 26” balloon tires and a fancy chrome metal flat carrier on the back. The original paint has some wear, a few small missing spots and scratches/scrapes. The original decals have some small scratches and very vivid colors. There is lots of pin striping throughout, even on the wheels rims. This bicycle is in good shape with no apparent breaks having normal use wear, has some minor plate wear on the metal and has some soiling. Give this one a light cleaning and you’re ready to start cruising.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
