DESCRIPTION 15” HAND MADE INDONESIAN MACHETE (WITH SHEATH) Rating: 8 Comments. Made in Indonesia this machete is 4" high x 19 ½" wide and is more than 20 years old. It has a 14 3/4" long steel blade and a metal guard as well as a wood handle both of which are wrapped in leather. Also included is a very fancy 15" long leather covered sheath that has a woven leather strap, leather fringes and decorative pressed as well as painted designs. Both of these pieces are in sturdy shape having normal use wear, there is some soiling/stains on the sheath and finish wear as well as wear on the leather covering on the machete as seen in our photo.
