ORIENTAL LACQUERED BOX WITH (6) PIECE TEA SET

Rating: 8 tea set – box 7
Comments. The box is made of wood which has a painted lacquer finish that is 4 ¼" high x 11 ¾" wide/deep whose inverted top could be used as a tray and this set is less than 25 years old. Included is a china tea set that features four 2 ½" high handle as cups with covers, a tea strainer, a 3" high sugar bowl and a 3" high, 5" wide, 4 ½" deep teapot with an elongated pouring spout as well as handle. This set has an all-over burnt orange glaze with white glazed areas that have somewhat fan shapes that feature cobalt blue designs. This lot is in good shape having minor use wear, light soiling and there are some small chips in the lacquer paint some of which can be seen in our photo. Give it a cleaning and you'll have a lovely set to enjoy your Lipton tea breaks.

Maximum Bidding

To save our bidders time, our system is desgined to accept "maximum bids."
A "maximum bid" is the highest bid you are willing to place on an item.
Our system will automatically bid for you, in the required increments, up to your "maximum bid."
The initial bid placed for you will be only as high as required to outbid any current bidders should your "maximum bid" be highest.
This means that you will always pay the minimum price required to "win" an item, and not necessarily your "maximum bid"

**NOTE: In the event that your maximum bid ties a previously left maximum bid, the previously left maximum bid will prevail.

**If you are the current High Bidder, entering another "Maximum Bid" will simply adjust your current "Maximum Bid" to the new amount providing it is higher than the "Current Bid". You are allowed to increase or decrease your "Maximum Bid"
